Welcome
Open from 15 June to mid-September (depending on the weather): Price: 58 € or 58 CHF per person.
This price includes dinner, dormitory night, breakfast.
Solar electricity only. Mean we can't guarantee showers
Please bring a headlamp.
Drinking water source.
Liner is absolutely required (to put under the duvet).
Sorry, we cannot accept dogs.
Please do not mix with the refuge de la balme (often you come from Champex-Lac and go to the refuge de la flegere or lac blanc or the other way round)
Please note that we are a refuge and not a hotel.
We cannot offer the same services as a hotel witch is accessible by car and connected to the town's electricity and water.
Almost all the people who stay at the refuge do the Mont Blanc Tour or the Haute Route, they have walked 8 hours to get here and will walk 8 hours the next day. As a result, hikers go to bed quite early and unfortunately we cannot dance until midnight.

Payment CHF or € in cash, or, CB Visa (€) (sometimes difficulty of connection).
We do not ask for a deposit but we do ask for your bank details:
50% debited if reservation is cancelled less than 21 days before arrival date
100% debited if cancellation less than 7 days before arrival.

We only take reservations for 10/12 nights/day from very nice people...! make sure this is the case.
At night, because of our "small" size, this refuge is more for hikers who do the Tour du Mont Blanc, the Haute Route, Chamonix Zermatt, and also for those who climb the Aiguille du Tour via the Arête des Autannes, Pointe Bron, Aiguille du Midi des Grands, Aiguille du Genépi.
